Six towns, and who’s coming

Three stops keep a list of who’s coming, so people can find someone to go with, share a ride, or say hello after. Each list is a small Kindling Pool on this site, and each person on it said yes. Being on a list is not a ticket, and a ticket is not needed to be on one.

Honest limits

What v0.1 can’t say about a show

There is no field for an event.
A manifest has no date, time, venue or capacity §3.2 §3.3. So each stop that wants a list is its own small Pool, and the date lives in its name and charter. A client cannot sort the stops by date, or tell that a show has passed.
Pools cannot say they belong together.
Nothing links a stop’s Pool to the listeners’ list, or the stops to each other. The discovery file lists all four side by side §10.2.
There is no “ended”.
Status is active, dormant or archived, and archived means a failed curator transition §9.4. A past show’s list stays active, as who was there.
The window is set per request, not per Pool.
§5.2 says the 14-day window is “configurable per Pool”, but the manifest has no field for it. A stop’s requests lapse at the doors, so each carries that in its expires_at, and the governance text says so.
A house show’s address has no place.
Kiri sends it by email to the people who said yes. It is in no file, on purpose, and the protocol has nowhere private to keep it.
“Coming” is not a state.
Saying yes to a stop’s Pool is the whole of it. There is no maybe, no plus-one and no ticket, and the list says nothing about who actually came.
